Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.
The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.
Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.
The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name would not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.
With the small courtroom crowded, several in attendance could be seen fanning themselves with pamphlets as they waited for the return of the attorneys and the appearance of the judge.
Obama himself, who had been subpoenaed to appear, of course was nowhere near Georgia. Instead, Obama was on a campaign swing appearing in Las Vegas and in Colorado ignoring the court in Georgia.
Over the last several weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had attempted several tactics to keep this case from moving forward. He first tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama. After that, Jablonski argued that a state could not, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot and later, that Obama was simply too busy with the duties of office to appear.
After all these arguments were dispatched by the Georgia Court, Jablonski, in desperation, wrote to the Georgia Secretary of State attempting to place Obama above the law and declared that the case was not to be heard and neither he nor his client would participate.
Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, fired back a letter hours later telling Jablonski he was free to abandon the case and not participate but that he would do so at his and his clients peril.
Game on.
5 minutes.
10 minutes.
15 minutes with the attorneys in the judge’s chambers.
20 minutes.
It appears Jablonski is not in attendance as the attorneys return, all go to the plaintiff table 24 minutes after meeting in the judge’s chambers.
Has Obama’s attorney made good on his stated threat not to participate? Is he directly ignoring the court’s subpoena? Is he placing Obama above the law? It seems so. Were you or I subpoenaed to appear in court, would we or our attorney be allowed such action or, non action?
Certainly not.
Court is called to order.
Obama’s birth certificate is entered into evidence.
Obama’s father’s place of birth, Kenya East Africa is entered into evidence.
Pages 214 and 215 from Obama’s book, “Dreams from My Father” entered into evidence. Highlighted. This is where Obama indicates that, in 1966 or 1967 that his father’s history is mentioned. It states that his father’s passport had been revoked and he was unable to leave Kenya.
Immigration Services documents entered into evidence regarding Obama Sr.
June 27th, 1962, is the date on those documents. Obama’s father’s status shown as a non citizen of the United States. Documents were gotten through the Freedom of Information Act.
Testimony regarding the definition of Natural Born Citizen is given citing Minor vs Happersett opinion from a Supreme Court written opinion from 1875. The attorney points out the difference between “citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” using charts and copies of the Minor vs Happersett opinion.
It is also pointed out that the 14th Amendment does not alter the definition or supersede the meaning of Natural Born. It is pointed out that lower court rulings do not conflict with the Supreme Court opinion nor do they over rule the Supreme Court Minor vs Happersett opinion.
The point is, to be a natural born citizen, one must have 2 parents who, at the time of the birth in question, be citizens of the United States. As Obama’s father was not a citizen, the argument is that Obama, constitutionally, is ineligible to serve as President.
Judge notes that as Obama nor his attorney is present, action will be taken accordingly.
Carl Swinson takes the stand.
Testimony is presented that the SOS has agreed to hear this case, laws applicable, and that the DNC of Georgia will be on the ballot and the challenge to it by Swinson.
2nd witness, a Mr. Powell, takes the stand and presents testimony regarding documents of challenge to Obama’s appearance on the Georgia ballot and his candidacy.
Court records of Obama’s mother and father entered into evidence.
Official certificate of nomination of Obama entered into evidence.
RNC certificate of nomination entered into evidence.
DNC language does NOT include language stating Obama is Qualified while the RNC document DOES. This shows a direct difference trying to establish that the DNC MAY possibly have known that Obama was not qualified.
Jablonski letter to Kemp yesterday entered into evidence showing their desire that these proceedings not take place and that they would not participate.
Dreams From My Father entered.
Mr. Allen from Tuscon AZ sworn in.
Disc received from Immigration and Naturalization Service entered into evidence. This disc contains information regarding the status of Obama’s father received through the Freedom of Information Act.
This information states clearly that Obama’s father was NEVER a U.S. Citizen.
At this point, the judge takes a recess.
The judge returns.
David Farrar takes the stand.
Evidence showing Obama’s book of records listing his nationality as Indoneasan. Deemed not relevant by the judge.
Orly Taitz calls 2nd witness. Mr. Strump.
Enters into evidence a portion of letter received from attorney showing a renewal form from Obama’s mother for her passport listing Obama’s last name something other than Obama.
State Licensed PI takes the stand.
She was hired to look into Obama’s background and found a Social Security number for him from 1979. Professional opinion given that this number was fraudulent. The number used or attached to Obama in 1979, shows that Obama was born in the 1890. This shows that the number was originally assigned to someone else who was indeed born in 1890 and should never have been used by Obama.
Same SS number came up with addresses in IL, D.C. and MA.
Next witness takes the stand.
This witness is an expert in information technology and photo shop. He testifies that the birth certificate Obama provided to the public is layered, multiple layered. This, he testifies, indicates that different parts of the certificate have been lifted from more than one original document.
Linda Jordan takes the stand.
Document entered regarding SS number assigned to Obama. SS number is not verified under E Verify. It comes back as suspected fraudulent.
This is the system by which the Government verifies ones citizenship.
Next witness.
Mr. Gogt.
Expert in document imaging and scanners for 18 years.
Mr. Gogt testifies that the birth certificate, posted online by Obama, is suspicious. States white lines around all the type face is caused by “unsharp mask” in Photoshop. Testifies that any document showing this, is considered to be a fraud.
States this is a product of layering.
Mr. Gogt testifies that a straight scan of an original document would not show such layering.
Also testifies that the date stamps shown on Obama documents should not be in exact same place on various documents as they are hand stamped. Obama’s documents are all even, straight and exactly the same indicating they were NOT hand stamped by layered into the document by computer.
Next witness, Mr. Sampson a former police officer and former immigration officer specializing in immigration fraud.
Ran Obama’s SS number through database and found that the number was issued to Obama in 1977 in the state of MA. Obama never resided in MA. At the time of issue, Obama was living in Hawaii.
Serial number on birth certificate is out of sequence with others issued at that hospital. Also certification is different than others and different than twins born 24 hours ahead of Obama.
Mr. Sampson also states that portion of documents regarding Mr. Sotoroe, who adopted Obama have been redacted which is highly unusual with regards to immigration records.
Suggests all records from Social Security, Immigration, Hawaii birth records be made available to see if there are criminal charges to be filed or not. Without them, nothing can be ruled out.
Mr. Sampson indicates if Obama is shown not to be a citizen, he should be arrested and deported and until all records are released nobody can know for sure if he is or is not a U.S. Citizen.
Taitz shows records for Barry Sotoro aka Barack Obama, showing he resides in Hawaii and in Indonesia at the same time.
Taitz takes the stand herself.
Testifies that records indicate Obama records have been altered and he is hiding his identity and citizenship.
Taitz leave the stand to make her closing arguments.
Taitz states that Obama should be found, because of the evidence presented, ineligible to serve as President.
And with that, the judge closes the hearing.
What can we take away from this?
It’s interesting.
Now, all of this has finally been entered OFFICIALLY into court records.
One huge question is now more than ever before, unanswered.
WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY?
Without his attorney present, Obama’s identity, his Social Security number, his citizenship status, and his past are all OFFICIALLY in question.
One thing to which there seems no doubt. He does NOT qualify, under the definition of Natural Born Citizen” provided by SCOTUS opinions, to be eligible to serve as President.
What will the judge decide? That is yet to be known, but it seems nearly impossible to believe, without counter testimony or evidence, because Obama and his attorney chose not to participate, that Obama will be allowed on the Georgia ballot.
It also opens the door for such cases pending or to be brought in other states as well.
Obama is in it deep and the DNC has a LOT of explaining to do unless they start looking for a new candidate for 2012.
A political action committee which believes Barack Obama is not legally qualified for U.S. president plans a live broadcast of today hotly anticipated court hearing in Atlanta regarding Obama’s eligibility.

control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare
programs, mental health clinics, etc.
33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere
with the operation of the Communist apparatus.
34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American
Activities.
35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.
37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.
38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the
police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric
disorders…
39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental
health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose
Communist goals.
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage
promiscuity and easy divorce.
41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the
negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and
retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
42. Create the impression that violence and
insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that
students and special-interest groups should rise up and use [”]united
force[”] to solve economic, political or social problems.
IT IS AMAZING HOW MANY OF THESE GOALS HAVE ALREADY BEEN ACCOMPLISHED

to repeat it”…
Next we will look at excerpts for an interview with Yuri Bezmenov a
KGB agent who defected in 1970 and taped an interview in 1984.
The interview is very interesting and thought provoking
look at the systematic attack on destroying the social and political
fabric of the United States by Communist interests. It will illuminate
some of the things happening in America right now. Our past presidential
election was a watershed event in America and its future. It will
effect you and your children for a long time in the future.

Yuri Bezmenov, was an expert on Soviet propaganda and
disinformation, escaped to the United States in 1970.
This entire sixteen minute interview, recorded twenty-four years
ago, is an alarming prophesy of the Communist infiltration rapidly
taking root even during the Reagan years.

Ideological Subversion, or Active Measures, or Psychological
Warfare: To change the perception of reality of every American to such
an extent that despite the abundance of information no one is able to
come to sensible conclusions in the interests of defending themselves,
their families, their community, and their country.It’s a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is
divided into four basic stages. The first one being demoralization, it
takes from fifteen to twenty years to demoralize a nation.Why that many years? Because this the minimum number of years which
requires to educate one generation of students in the country of your
enemy, exposed to the ideology of the enemy.In other words, Marxism-Leninism ideology is being pumped into the
soft heads of at least three generations of American students without
being challenged or counter-balanced by the basic values of Americanism,
American patriotism.(10:50)
The Four Stages of Ideological Subversion
Stage 1 — Demoralization
The demoralization process in the United States is basically
completed already, for the last twenty-five years, actually it’s
over-fulfilled because demoralization now reaches such areas where
previously not even Comrade Andropov and all his experts would even
dream of such a tremendous success, most of it is done by Americans to
Americans, thanks to lack of moral standards.As I mentioned before, exposure to true information does not matter
anymore. A person who is demoralized is unable to access true
information. The facts tell nothing to him. Even if I showered him with
information, with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures — even
if I take him by force to the Soviet Union and show him a concentration
camp — he will refuse to believe it until he is going to receive a kick
in his fat bottom. When a military boot crashes his butt, then he will
understand, but not before that. That’s the tragedy of the situation of
demoralization.Stage 2 — Destabilization
The next stage is destabilization. This time the subverter does not
care about your ideas and the patterns of your consumption, whether you
eat junk food and get fat and flabby doesn’t matter anymore. This time —
and it takes only from two to five years to destabilize a nation — what
matters is essentials. Economy, foreign relations, defense systems. And
you can see quite clearly that in some areas, in such sensitive areas
as defense and economy, the influence of Marxist-Leninist ideas in the
United States is absolutely fantastic. I could never believe it fourteen
years ago when I landed in this part of the world that the process
would go that fast.Stage 3 — Crisis
The next stage of course is crisis, it may take only up to six weeks
to bring a country to the verge of crisis, you can see it in Central
America now. And after crisis, with a violent change of power,
structure, and economy, you have a so-called period of normalization. It
may last indefinitely.Stage 4 — Normalization
Normalization is a cynical expression, borrowed from Soviet
propaganda, when the Soviet tanks moved into Czechoslovakia in 1968,
Comrade Brezhnev said, “Now the situation in brotherly Czechoslovakia is
normalized.”This is what will happen in the United States if you allow all the
schmucks to bring the country to crisis. To promise people all kinds of
goodies and a paradise on Earth. To destabilize your economy. To
eliminate the principle of free market competition and to put a Big
Brother government in Washington DC with benevolent dictators like
Walter Mondale who will promise lots of things, never mind whether the
promises are fulfilled or not. He will go to Moscow to kiss the bottoms
of a new generation of Soviet assassins, never mind, he will create
false illusions that the situation is under control. The situation is
not under control. The situation is disgustingly out of control.Most of the American politicians, media, and educational system,
trains another generation of people who think they are living at the
peace time. False. The United States is in a state of war. Undeclared
total war against the basic principles and the foundations of this
system. And the initiator of this war is not Comrade Andropov of course,
it’s the system — however ridiculous it may sound — the world Communist
system, or the world Communist conspiracy. Whether I scare some people
or not I don’t give a hoot. If you are not scared by now, nothing can
scare you.But you don’t have to be paranoid about it. What actually happens
now, that unlike myself, you have literally several years to limp on
unless the United States wakes up. The time bomb is ticking, with every
second the disaster is coming closer and closer, unlike myself you will
have no where to defect to. Unless you want to live in Antarctica with
penguins. This is it, this is the last country of freedom and
possibility.
Next I ask you to look at the leftist politicians and media attacks
on Bush, their attempt to undermine our troops and cause a loss in Iraq
and gave aid and hope to the terrorists.
Every Democrat who could get before a mike or in prin from 1998-2001
ranted about Saddam’s WMDs, his Nuke program, his support of
terrorists,and the grave threat he was to our country, now they say Bush
Lied. Question who lied, hyped or cherry picked Intel to convince them
BEFORE Bush was elected.
The Leftists gained control of both houses by claiming the war was
lost and they would withdraw the troops, thereby insuring defeat. They
hoped to ride the same horse into the White House, but since the surge
was working so well they had to go with plan “B” which was already in
place. By having their wealthy cronies manipulate the stock market and
futures markets they engineered a financial meltdown.
THE DEMOCRATS PLAN “B”
In September 2003, then President Bush proposed that oversight of Fannie
Mae be tightened. Congressional Democrats balked at the idea and
vigorously opposed and blocked it. Then, in a 2006 bill, Senate
Republicans created a bill calling for oversight of the Democrat-run
corrupt Fannie Mae (and its partner organization Freddie Mac) US
mortgage giant. At that time, those who ran Fannie Mae (again—ALL
Democrats) had already been caught in an $11 billion accounting scandal.
Tragically—for all of us—this bill was shelved. Wimpy Republicans
actually wanted bi-partisanship and Democrats refused. Despite their
protestations to the contrary, Democrats do not want bi-partisanship.
This is an historical message that the now-liberal Republican Party
leadership refuses to learn from or even acknowledge. Note: At this time
the Democrat/Leftist-created financial catastrophe of 2008-2009 could
have been brought to light and prevented. However, it appears that dark
forces were at work to purposefully bring forth said disaster.
In September 2007, Fannie Mae began (the truly intelligent said
inevitable) its two month downward spiral that would culminate in its
November crash. Then, in September (September again—weird) 2008 a
strange one to two hour electronic run on US banks to the tune of $550
billion was affected before authorities were able to put a stop to it.
One Democrat—Rep. Paul Kanjorski of Pennsylvania said that if
authorities had not closed the banks, $5 ½ TRILLION would have been
withdrawn from US banks, which would have caused the collapse of the US
and within 24 hours the collapse of the world’s economic system. There
are certainly those within our own government who know who and what were
the perpetrators. But, no one is talking.
Next let’s take a look at the New Party (the U.S. Communist Party)
From Frank Marshall Davis who was Obama’s mentor in Hawaii from the
time Obama was 12 years old, to the New party, and other radical
connections of Obama in Chicago. By the way Obama was a member of the
New Party which helped to launch his political career.
An unknown Chicago politico who made one speech at the DNC, has no
accomplishments, was groomed, tutored, scripted and sold to the people
by leftist media is now the President Elect
Now let’s look at the Biden crime act, and executive orders which
will during a “crisis” (remember Yuri Bezmenov said it only takes a few
weeks to create a “crisis”) give Obama the authority to suspend the
constitution and the judiciary.
The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (VCCLEA; also
known as the Biden Crime Law) was an act of Congress dealing with crime
and law enforcement that became law in 1998. It is the largest crime
bill in the history of the US and will provide for 100,000 new police
officers, $9.7 billion in funding for prisons and $6.1 billion in
funding for prevention programs which were designed with significant
input from experienced police officers. [1] Sponsored by U.S.
Representative Jack Brooks of Texas, the bill was passed by Congress and
signed into law by President Bill Clinton.
The Violent Crime Control Act of 1994 provides additional powers to
the President of the United States, allowing the suspension of the
Constitution and Constitutional rights of Americans during a “drug
crisis”. It provides for the construction of detention camps, seizure of
property, and military control of populated areas.
This, teamed with the Executive Orders of the President, enables
Orwellian prophecies to rest on whoever occupies the White House. The
power provided by these “laws” allows suspension of the
Constitution and the rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights during any
civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes and allows the
military to implement government ordered movements of civilian
populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain
unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of Martial
Law.
When the Constitution of the United States was framed it placed the
exclusive legislative authority in the hands of Congress and with the
President. Article I, Section 1 of the United States Constitution is
concise in its language:
“All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of
the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of
Representatives.”
That is no longer true. The Bill of Rights protected Americans
against loss of freedoms. That is no longer true. The Constitution
provided for a balanced separation of powers. That is no longer
applicable.
Perhaps it can be summed up succinctly in the words of
arch-conservative activist Howard J Ruff:
“Since the enactment of Executive Order 11490, the only
thing standing between us and dictatorship is the good character of the
President, and the lack of a crisis severe enough that the public would
stand still for it.”
Next we will look at all legislation passed or attempted by the
dishonest Socialist regardless if they call themselves Progressive,
Liberal, Independent, Republican, or Democrat.
If you have a computer you can look up the legislation.
Here are just a few Executive Orders that would suspend the
Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on
record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a
Presidential pen:
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all
modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and
control the communication media.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the
government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and
minerals.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take
over all food resources and farms.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to
mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take
over all health, education and welfare functions.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster
General to operate a national registration of all persons.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take
over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority
to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate
areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over
railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility
of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all
Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international
tensions and economic or financial crisis.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the
Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders,
to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative
liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional
institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
Here are the later Executive Orders:
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency
preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating
21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency
Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the
mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages,
salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in
any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of
emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the
action for six months.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for
civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed.
FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national
emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the
construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of
government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National
Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency
powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and
surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of
movement within the United States and granted the government the right
to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be
federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and
all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were
part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver
North.
After spending nine years in Navy Intelligence as a Cryptologist,
intercepting communications from Marxist/Socialist countries, breaking
their codes, and gathering intelligence in “other” ways. I am familiar
with their methods of using the media for propangada, using the
educational system to indoctrinate young minds, using the judicial
system, and voter fraud to steal elections.
This is what is happening now in America.

Mr. Hope and Change wants to create a nation humbled and humiliated, casting-aside capitalism and individual freedoms for one where we the people are government-controlled. This would be a system that 1) genuflects mediocrity, 2) steals personal aspiration and opportunity, 3) punishes those who strive to succeed, and 4) supports a hand out rather than a hand up.
· A gallon of regular gasoline the day Obama was inaugurated was $1.79 on average in the U.S. Today that price is $3.59, a 100.6% increase.
· The number of food stamp recipients has risen since Obama took office from 31,983,716 to 43,200,878, a 35.1% jump.
· Long-term unemployment soared 146.2% during the same 32-month period from 2,600,000 to 6,400,000. Staggering hope and change isn’t it?
· American citizens living in poverty has risen 9.5% from 39,800,000 to 43,600,000.
· The number of unemployed has jumped almost 25% from 11,616,000 to 14,485,000 as of August 31, 2011.
· The number of unemployed blacks has risen from 12.6% at the end of George Bush’s term to 15.8% today, a 25.4% increase, and finally…
· Our national debt is up 34.4% – from $10.627 trillion to $14,278 trillion *
Keep these figures in mind as we recount the number of firsts for this presidency:
· First President to refuse to show a valid birth certificate.
· First President to apply for college aid as a foreign student, then deny he was a foreigner.
· First President to have a social security number from a state he has never lived in.
· First President to preside over a cut to the credit rating of the United States .
· First President to violate the War Powers Act.
· First President to be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
· First President to defy a Federal Judges court order to cease implementing the Health Care Reform Law.
· First President to require all Americans to purchase a product from a third party.
· First President to spend a trillion dollars on shovel-ready jobs and later admit there was no such thing as shovel-ready jobs.
· First President to abrogate bankruptcy law to turn over control of companies to his union supporters.
· First President to by-pass Congress and implement the Dream Act through executive fiat.
· First President to order a secret amnesty program that stopped the deportation of illegal immigrants across the U.S., including those with criminal convictions.
· First President to demand a company hand-over $20 billion to one of his political appointees.
· First President to terminate America’s ability to put a man in space.
· First President to encourage racial discrimination and intimidation at polling places.
· First President to have a law signed by an auto-pen without being present.
· First President to arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it.
· First President to threaten insurance companies if they publicly speak-out on the reasons for their rate increases.
· First President to tell a major manufacturing company in which state they are allowed to locate a factory.
· First President to file lawsuits against the states he swore an oath to protect (AZ, WI, OH, IN).
· First President to withdraw an existing coal permit that had been properly issued years ago.
· First President to fire an inspector general of Ameri-Corps for catching one of his friends in a corruption case.
· First President to appoint 45 Czars to replace elected officials in his office.
· First President to golf 73 separate times in his first two and a half years in office.
· First President to hide his medical, educational and travel records.
· First President to win a Nobel Peace Prize for doing NOTHING to earn it.
· First President to coddle American enemies while alienating Americas allies.
· First President to publicly bow to America’s enemies while refusing to salute the U.S. Flag.
· First President to go on multiple global apology tours.
· First President to go on 17 lavish vacations, including date nights and Wednesday evening White House parties for his friends, paid for by the taxpayer.
· First President to refuse to wear the U.S. Flag lapel pin.
· First President to have 22 personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his wife.
· First President to keep a dog trainer on retainer for $102,000.00 a year at taxpayer expense.
· First President to repeat the Holy Qur’an tells us, and openly admit the early morning call of the Azan (Islamic call to worship) is the most beautiful sound on earth.
Remember that during the 32 months of the Obama White House, we the people have accumulated a national debt at a rate more than 27 times as fast as during the rest of our nation’s entire history… as the Obama’s plan their next extravagant vacation to the Indonesian Island nation of Bali. Hope and change anyone ?

It’s Official: Barack Obama Has Declared Himself De-facto Dictator Of The United States Of America.
While the tyrannical pronouncement went largely unreported by the Obama-media, Barack Obama declared himself de-facto dictator of the United States of America on Wednesday, possibly signaling the end of the United States as we know it.
In what can only be described as a blatant, totalitarian and authoritarian abuse of power, Barack Obama, decreed that Richard Cordray would be the head of his so-called Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and he made his declaration without the advice and consent of the Senate, and, by doing so, he clearly violated Article 2, Section 2 of the United States Constitution.
But do not be deceived, the Cordray decree is not just another run of the mill Obama abuse of power.
Through this seemingly insignificant but illegal act of defiance, Barack Obama stopped sticking his toe in the water and finally took the plunge and declared Congress irrelevant, and as long as Congress accepts its newly decreed irrelevance, nothing stands in Barack Obama’s way. That’s how tyrannies start!
We can’t allow that to happen. The disease that is the Obama administration must be stopped and IMPEACHMENT is the only cure!

They Puff. They Pontificate. And Yet, They Do Nothing!
There’s no doubt that Obama, by any sane person’s reckoning, has crossed the line. And yet, our elected officials are still all talk and no action. What gives?
After blustering and pontificating that Obama’s actions were “an extraordinary and entirely unprecedented power grab” that “would have a devastating effect on the checks and balances that are enshrined in our Constitution,” John Boehner cowardly rolled over and said; “I expect the courts will find the appointment to be illegitimate.”
Excuse us Mr. Boehner? Wait just a minute. The Constitution is clear and your Constitutional duty is clear. And simply talking tough and punting your Constitutional duty over to liberal activist judges does not excuse you from doing your duty.
Barack Obama is not a king or a monarch. He is not our dictator and when the man or woman occupying the Oval Office violates the Constitution, the remedy is IMPEACHMENT and the jurisdiction to impeach lies with you, not the courts!
Mitch McConnell did no better. All he could muster was feckless outrage and say that Obama had “arrogantly circumvented the American people” and his decree “fundamentally endangers the Congress’s role in providing a check on the excesses of the executive branch.”
Just words… nothing but words.
But make no mistake, our founding fathers are rolling over in their graves over this dictatorial and tyrannical power grab and we are once again left to ask: What must this pretender do… how many times must this tin-pot dictator abuse the Constitution before our elected officials do what must be done to preserve our Republic and push to impeach this imposter and remove him from the office that he usurped!

The Media Is Lying To You. Cordray Was Not A “Recess Appointment” And Obama Knows That He Is Violating The Constitution.
You may be asking yourself: Did Obama blatantly violate the Constitution? Isn’t the President allowed to make recess appointments when the Senate in not in session?
You might also be asking, didn’t President George W. Bush appoint John Bolton as Ambassador to the United Nations as a recess appointment?
The answer to all those questions is an unqualified yes, but what the media is neglecting to tell you is that the Senate IS NOT IN RECESS.
The Senate IS NOT in recess because on December 17, Harry Reid’s Senate agreed to an order instituting what are called “pro forma sessions” so that Senate business can move forward during the holidays.
And, in spite of what the media may be telling you, these pro forma sessions are not unprecedented (in fact, they’re quite common) and they’re not mere technicalities, as Obama’s apologists would have you believe.
Oh yes, they’d like you to believe that Barack Obama has the authority to do exactly what the Constitution so expressly prohibits. Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer went so far as to LIE and call the pro forma sessions a “gimmick” and added that “gimmicks do not override the President’s constitutional authority to make appointments.”
But Barack Obama KNOWS the pro forma sessions are no “gimmick” and he knows what should be apparent to any five year-old… that he has no Constitutional authority to violate the Constitution and make recess appointments when the Senate IS NOT in recess.
And if you’re looking for proof, look no further than the so-called “payroll tax cut extension” that Obama recently signed into law on December 23.
As Andrew Grossman of the Heritage Foundation points out, “it was at one of those [pro forma] sessions, on December 23, that the Senate passed the payroll tax cut extension that the President signed into law later that day.”

Yup, Obama Was For The Senate Being In Session Before He Was Against The Senate Being In Session.
So how did Barack Obama sign a bill into law that was passed by a Senate that was in recess? Answer: he didn’t… he couldn’t… it’s impossible.
Obama knew that the Senate was in session when he signed his so-called “payroll tax cut extension” into law. So how can he dictatorially decree, days later, that the Senate WAS NOT in session when he appointed Cordray?
He can’t! Barack Obama DOES NOT have the power to declare when the Senate IS or IS NOT in session (even legitimate Presidents don’t have that authority… Article 5, Section 1 of the Constitution expressly forbids it). In spite of what he may think, he IS NOT a king… he IS NOT a dictator!
As Edwin Meese and Todd Gaziano, in a commentary published by the liberal Washington Post point out: “[N]ever before has a president purported to make a ‘recess’ appointment when the Senate is demonstrably not in recess. That is a constitutional abuse of a high order.” [Emphasis Ours]
And Meese and Gaziano add: “To prevent future tyrannical usurpations of power, Congress must act to redress this serious threat to our liberty.”
Did you hear that Mr. Boehner? … Mr. McConnell? … “Congress must act.” And the only reason why Barack Obama is getting away with this dictatorial abuse of power is because our so-called “leaders” in Congress are too cowardly to act, and it’s up to us to give them some much-needed backbone.
If they don’t stand up to Obama, what’s next? Will Obama decree next year that the 2012 elections should be postponed or declared null and void? Will the media then tell us that he has the Constitutional power to do so?
And if you doubt that the above scenario can happen, ask yourself the following question: If Congress allows Obama to get away with this latest tyrannical usurpation of power, will more tyrannical abuses of power follow… each more egregious and far reaching than the previous?
We agree with Meese and Gaziano. “Congress must act to redress this serious threat to our liberty,” and the only fitting Constitutional remedy for a “tyrannical usurpation of power” is IMPEACHMENT!

Obama Has Not Even Tried To Conceal The Fact That He Considers Himself To Be A Dictator.
Let’s face facts; tyranny has become a pattern of behavior with Obama and he’s no longer making an effort to even conceal his tyrannical abuses of power.
When it comes to the Cordray appointment, the Wall Street Journal writes:
“[A]dministration officials say they reserve the option to install Richard Cordray as head of the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau without Senate approval. That’s because the White House has concluded that it can make the appointment even if the Senate has not formally recessed, said one Democrat familiar with White House thinking. ‘They have decided no one can stop them.’” [Emphasis Ours]
You read that right, Obama has essentially said… I’ll do as I please and I dare anyone to stop me (it’s high time for Mr. Boehner and Mr. McConnell to take him up on that dare).
Gaziano cautions us that Cordray’s appointment is “a grave constitutional wrong” that “fits a pattern of extra-constitutional abuse by the White House.”
Even one of Barack Obama’s advisers, Josh Earnest has boasted, bold as brass, that working with Congress is “no longer a requirement.”
And why shouldn’t Obama and his apparatchiks be bold? At every turn our so-called Republican leaders in Congress have given him inches, and each time he has taken miles. When will these tyrannical abuses stop? How far will Barack Obama go? When will they draw a line in the sand and say: the tyranny stops today!
History doesn’t paint a pretty picture. Until patriotic Americans take action and lean on our elected representatives to expose Obama’s dictatorial, illegal and unconstitutional behavior, the sky is the limit.
And to those who may be saying that pushing for impeachment is “impractical” with an election less than year away, we respectfully ask: how much damage can Barack Obama do in one year? How much power can he tyrannically usurp in a year? How much damage can he do to this great country and our Constitution in a year?
Pending elections DO NOT trump the Constitution and at this point, patriotic Americans should not be asking whether Barack Obama should be impeached but rather, need to be asking WHEN will Barack Obama be impeached!

What I do know about Obama.
(1) From the time Obama was 10 years old till he left Hawaii he was mentored by the avowed Communist Frank Marshal Davis.
(2) He arrived in New York with not enough money for a hotel room. (Bill Ayers was in NY at that time robbing banks and Brinks trucks). Obama suddenly pulled enough money out of thin air to take an around the world jaunt.
(3) Obama said he sought out radical leftist professors while in college.
(4) Obama launched his political career from the living room of Bill Ayers house, and was a member of the “New Party” (another name for the Communist party)
(5) As president Obama has instituted policy which follows the Socialist Program to destroy America and usher in a Global Socialist Government.

The day the Democrats took over was not January 22nd 2009, it was actually January 3rd 2007, the day the Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress.
The Democratic Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.

January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee.
The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy?
BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!
THANK YOU DEMOCRATS (especially Barney ) for taking us from 13,000 DOW, 3.5 GDP and 4.6% Unemployment…to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping 5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOES!

Bush may have been in the car but the Democrats were in charge of the gas pedal and steering wheel they were driving the economy into the ditch.
Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party.
Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 & 2011.
In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.
For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budget.
And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009. Let’s remember what the deficits looked like during that period:
If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.
If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is “I inherited a deficit that I voted for,
and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.”
There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on!
