America is awakening to the fact that Obama’s answer is to rule as dictator, not govern in the best interest of America and it’s people.

On Friday night’s CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) found a new critic: President Obama. Obama said he finds the ethics charges against Rangel
“very troubling” and added that he hopes the 20-term lawmaker will step
down from office with his dignity intact. “He’s somebody who’s at the
end of his career,” said Obama. “I’m sure that what he wants is to be
able to end his career with dignity. And my hope is that it happens.”

With Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY), the once all-powerful Ways and Means
Committee chairman, facing 13 ethics charges, I expect a press release
shortly from Democratic leadership blaming President George W. Bush for
Rangel’s problems. Democrats have blamed Bush for everything else.
Unlike most of my GOP brethren, I actually like President Barack
Obama. I don’t recoil when I see him on television. While I don’t agree
with much of what he and his administration are doing, I don’t wake up
every morning hoping for him to fail. Presidential leadership requires
taking responsibility, and the extent to which Obama and the
Democrats—almost two years in—are hooked like crack addicts on blaming
Bush for all their woes does drive me crazy.
Folks in the
real world don’t blame Bush for decisions made by Democrats—in control
of the House, Senate, and White House—in the last two years.
Voters are more responsible and realistic. They have moved on. On
July 27, 2010, some 553 days after Obama’s inauguration, political
history changed. The Washington Times ran an article under the headline “Obama’s base quits blaming Bush.”
What are Democrats gonna do now?
Life inside the Beltway bubble dulls your thinking. Here in the real world, paychecks and pocketbook issues matter most. Yet Nancy Pelosi is peddling posh designer totes and Harry Reid is blithely denying the fiscal insolvency of Social Security.
History was made two years ago when Obama was elected with 53 percent
of the vote, more than any Democratic president except Andrew Jackson,
Franklin Roosevelt, and Lyndon Johnson. Now, his approval rating mirrors the public’s spiraling pessimism on the economy.
Voters are increasingly losing confidence in the president’s ability to lead. And desperate times call for desperate measures.
Like the distracting patter of an old stage magician meant to mask a
sleight of hand, Democrats gleefully announce that their “brilliant”
theme for the August recess and the 2010 campaign season is … “Blame Bush.”
Well, Democrats “can spin, they can sing, they can dance naked in the
streets saying it’s about Bush, but he’s not on the ballot this year,” responds Rep. Greg Walden (R -OR).
Voters know whose hands are at the helm now. And with the elections
less than 100 days away, here are the 10 telling signs that blaming bad
times on Bush is not a winning strategy:
1. Red regions are gaining; blue are bleeding. Folks are fleeing
stricken states in search of jobs. Based on these population changes,
eight states in the more conservative South and West are projected to
gain one or more U.S. House seats. With a probable gain of three or four
seats, the biggest winner is Texas—not surprising, with its continuing
record job growth. Ten states, mostly in the more liberal Northeast,
will likely lose one House seat or more.
2. Republicans are pulling ahead in U.S. House races. With a projected gain of more than 40 House seats in November, Republican candidates also have the financial lead
in most of the 15 competitive races in which Democratic incumbents
aren’t running. Republicans only need a net gain of 39 seats to take the “damn gavel” away from Speaker Pelosi.
3. Toss-ups are turning red in the U.S. Senate. The GOP is
leading or tied in eight Senate races for seats now held by Democrats,
and is ahead in all Republican-held districts. More toss-up states on
the map are leaning Republican. And the National Republican Senatorial Committee predicts a change in control of the Senate is now possible in just two election cycles.
4. Republicans are winning governorships. Thirty-seven
governorships are being contested in November. Democrats are defending
19; Republicans 18. Of the 23 races without incumbents, thanks to term
limits and voluntary—or involuntary—retirements, at least seven of these
open states are already safe bets
to switch to GOP control: Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Oklahoma,
Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Wyoming. Add a promising Colorado, New
Mexico, and Wisconsin, a possible Illinois, and retention of
incumbencies, and Republicans take control of the majority of governorships. The Republican Governors Association has a record $40 million cash on hand to invest in these races and to promote its national “Remember November” campaign.
5. Republicans are winning state legislatures. Eighty-three
percent of all state legislative seats are on the line in November.
These local races can change the game on the national level. In most
states, the legislative chambers, along with the governor, direct where
congressional district lines are redrawn. In states like Pennsylvania,
Republicans only need to pick up three seats to bring about a change in control. A Republican resurgence nationwide led by the Republican State Leadership Committee
will give the GOP sole redistricting authority in more than 160 U.S.
House districts, nearly six times more than their Democratic
counterparts.
6. Republicans are winning on the issues. Voters
trust Republicans more than Democrats on nine out of 10 key issues,
including the all important economy. And the number of voters who view
taxes as very important has jumped
to its highest level ever. Here, Republicans already hold the edge on
trust, 53 to 36 percent. Although overall awareness of the coming tax
increases is low, already 55 percent of voters in 12 swing states,
including 57 percent of independents,
say they are less likely to vote for Democratic congressional
candidates if next year’s scheduled tax increases are not stopped or
delayed.
7. Democrats are losing black and Hispanic support. Only 43 percent of Hispanics, a key Democratic voting bloc, are satisfied
with Obama’s performance, with the economy a major concern. Another 32
percent are undecided, while 21 percent say he’s done a poor job. And Gallup shows
Obama’s job approval rating at 85 percent among black Americans, down
from 94 percent in March and at the lowest ever as president.
8. Democrats are losing men, women, whites, and independents.
Large numbers of whites, men, and independents have given up on Obama
since his election. Support among whites dropped
from 51 percent in July 2009 to 37 percent in July 2010, from 52
percent to 38 percent among independents, and from 54 percent to 39
percent among male voters overall. And while Obama averaged 59 percent
approval among women in 2009, that number is now down 14 points to just 45 percent, threatening the Democrats’ traditional gender advantage.
9. Democrats are losing the young. Among millennials, who
voted 2-to-1 for Obama, the president’s approval rating was 73 percent
shortly after his January 2009 inauguration. That number plummeted to 57
percent a year later, and the president now trails a generic Republican among 18- to 34-year-olds.
10. Republican voters are energized; Democrats disinterested. Seventy-two percent of Republicans are certain they will vote in November, compared to 49 percent of Democrats. Democratic Party identification
is down from the 8-point advantage in 2009 and the 12-point edge in
2008. And while moderates are peeling away, the more liberal in the party argue Democrats are not progressive enough.
These signs should be a wakeup call to Democrats. Folks in the real world aren’t dining with the editor of Vogue, or vacationing in Bar Harbor and Spain. They don’t see the Tea Party as elitists or the next enemy to fear.
And they don’t blame Bush for decisions made by Democrats—in control of
the House, Senate, and White House—in the last two years.
While Obama bailed
on the Boy Scouts this week, choosing instead to visit with the ladies
of The View, voters are taking a distinctly different, realistic, and
frustrated view of the political landscape.
Though they once looked to this new kind of president with hope for
change, they now know there is no easy fix, or easy blame. They see
November coming. Bush is not on their ballot. And they know dancing
naked in the streets and bashing Bush won’t help.
Democratic leaders need to look in the mirror when placing blame: The naked truth is there.

Littman’s Littany - Progressive’s Creation
by the people of this nation. There is a certain appreciation for the
fact that the 125 Congresspersons, who claim that nationalizing
healthcare will save money, represent around 30% of the 435
members of the House. It is good to know just how many members of the
House we need to remove this November for their lacking knowledge of
and appreciation for the American Republic.
These Congresspersons
would have to lack any knowledge of the meaning and creation of
America’s government as a limited body intended to effectuate the will
of the People.
They have no knowledge that their office, and
the powers they have in such office, are entirely created through the
Constitution which the People intentionally designed to limit the
government to “just powers” according to the Declaration of
Independence, knowing that unlimited government only leads to a
government of tyranny to which the people are enslaved. Sustenance
becomes the art of patronage and power instead of merely earning a
living through sought after work.
Of course government, in the
interest of growing government, and the necessity thereby to undermine
private property ownership, interprets the General Welfare Clause,
as identical to the Progressive meaning and intention of today’s
welfare programs, while also interpreting the Commerce Clause as the
means to afford destroying every incentive to those who create and
produce. Progressivism purposefully does this in exchange only for
the ever-growing body of people subject to additional misapplication
of the General Welfare Clause in “relief,” and growth of government
thereby.
Progressivism has once more, since The Great
Depression, proudly reclaimed the ability to be the exclusive cause of
a mass demoralization of We The People, as Progressivism carries on
to “eat out their substance” while the people relinquish their
Sovereignty to the same government the Progressives claim a majority
of, a majority in the meaning of Great Britain’s House of Commons
omnipotence, purposefully confusing the American form of democracy with the British type of democracy.
These
are the very designs we endured at our nation’s founding, where the
House of Commons and the King of England, in laying claim to this new
land, saw each other with the opportunity to tax us to the point of
dependence upon them for our every need, irrespective of the benefits
of such dependence diminishing further and further, as the treasury
had little to gain in such expenditure. This is the current grip of
Totalitarian Progressivism upon America and We The People as the
Progressive patronage machine takes full control of every facet of our
lives, violates the first order and purpose of our founding this
government to protect our unalienable right to “Life,” to freedom of
choice and the right to be left alone because we have these rights from
God, not given by government, or the lack of government pursuit to
control these things, as though some sort of “default rights” due to
a lack of government.
Please understand “unalienable”
rights means they cannot be liened, cannot be wagered, bargained or
otherwise, placed in jeopardy, either by government or We The
People ourselves, who God gave these unalienable rights to. These
are rights that cannot be claimed within the realm of rule by any
government nor can we give them away as they are the essence of our
being, that without them we lose all authority over our own self.
These rights being unalienable is to remove them from the
jurisdiction of any government, save God’s government, as God is why
we have these rights in the first place.
This should explain why
all of what Progressives do is of necessity to usurp the spirit,
meaning, and intention of the Constitution, and, to gain our
assent to claimed powers that were never granted. This model of
oppression is a certain construct that is always brought with some
other sleight of hand argument, as has been the case throughout the
history of time, and, to which, the assent of the governed is
gained. Force and exploitation are the components of use when the
Constitution is usurped, or achievement of amendment to the
Constitution occurs under the guise of what is best for the people,
while, in fact, the amendment is only for the good of government
and in direct dismissal of the Will of The People. No Amendment is
able to provide for the government to fail to protect our unalienable
rights, rights which cannot be liened, cannot be given away,
cannot be unattached from any one of us because God gave them to us
directly.
This statement from the unanimous Declaration of Independence is where we are now:
“Prudence,
indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be
changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the
forms to which they are accustomed.” – Emphasis Mine. Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776
It
is America’s Lesson with the election of Obama and the democrats:
Never grant control of America to Progressives, as they assume
omnipotent majority rule in their personal and collective despotic
desire for ever-growing power.
The reason this lesson is so
important is that Our Founders wrote the Constitution to assure there
would be no majority rule as this is always accompanied by a
centralization of power that is achieved by trespass in diminution of
Individual Liberty–destruction of the ultimate minority, the
individual.
Thus the paramount necessity for Progressives to assume majority rule, assume the form of democracy in voting, is demonstrative of the type
of government we have and the accompanying substance of power in
authoritarian rule that comes with a democracy, such as compelling the
purchase of health insurance. Keep in mind that every American
Citizen is subjected to review by the most oppressive agency in the
United States, the IRS as to their assent to this first time National
Government Mandate to purchase something, irrespective of the direct
violation of our unalienable and natural right to freedom of choice.
This persistent confusing of the form and type, of form and
substance, is done by Progressives in their interest to create a
democracy through usurpation of the republic We The People established
according to the Constitution we formed this government according to.
“Form over substance” is their consistent means of abuse and
trickery, of mockery, to commit treachery against us, while
gaining our unwitting permission.
To Progressives we are
mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed whatever line of jargon will
appeal to our self-interest, as this proves their case for how
self-absorbed we are, irrespective of this narcissism being their
creation in the first place. We are used as tools for their agenda,
as they push us to think selfishly, to subscribe to personal
interests that the Progressive seems acknowledging and identified with
merely by mentioning the issue we hold valuable–a perfect manipulation
to achieve our assent to their ascending the throne of Sovereignty over
the United States of America in taking our acquiescence as agreement to
their seizure of power and confiscation of our role. In this failure
to carry out our duty and leave our nation to fend for itself without
the voice of the people as its ruler, only by this can our rights be
lost, as our government ceases to be the creature we created to
protect them, and is instead by our failure, those in power,
whatever majority, become the ruler who no longer follows our will at
all.
Time and time again we’ve lent credibility to their ideas
and actions due solely to this exploitation of us by Progressives and
their agenda–Our nation is being run by used car salespeople on
steroids. Their goal is to sell the well-used, discarded, and
proven to be oppressive, central government power structure to We The
People, who history remarks over and over again are
“self-governing,” by getting us to slowly but surely believe in
government and the Progressives’ claimed statements of intention,
statements appealing to our self interest, and, that have nothing
to do with the Progressive agenda of subservience, oppression, and
slavery of the Sovereign to their will.
Thus, it is time We The
People remember the Constitution’s purpose is to assure that there is
no majority to rule over the individual’s Life, Liberty and Pursuit of
Happiness, including the unalienable right to freedom of choice as to
what we purchase with our own money, our private property. Anything
else is the lead boot of “1984” stomping on the face of mankind.
When individual liberty is destroyed so too is the idea of freedom from
Government-Over-Man. Americans are not subjects of their government,
Our Government created by Our Constitution is subject to the American
People, subservient and our footstool, and only sits at Our
Pleasure.
From the Declaration of Independence in this regard:
“But
when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the
same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.” – Emphasis Mine, ibid.
So
with the Constitution Amended in a manner that violates our unalienable
rights, as well as the compound republic structure to assure checks
and balances between state and national government (federalism),
and the history of the legal instruments of our freedom is untaught for
what the Founders meant and intended, then, there is a majority in
the People being formed through myth, misinformation, and prejudice
which is focused particularly in educating “the middle class.” The
persistent claims of “our democracy” by Progressives such as
President Obama, indicate their valuing the notion of an omnipotent
majority, well indicated by the certain holding arrogance of power
they had in passing healthcare before the election of Ted Kennedy’s
replacement, Scott Brown. It is sad to see recent legislation
indicates that he and others of the republican party that was formed by
Thomas Jefferson, are Progressives. Of course this all goes to the
Progressives required lack of knowledge in promotion of their cause,
or possibly due to pure ignorance of necessity, of the substance of
America: Individual Liberty.
Note the unanimous Declaration of Independence:
“We
hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created
equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable
rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever
any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the
right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new
government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.”
– Emphasis Mine, ibid. “Among these” is emphasized because
Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, are only a subset of
the entire of unalienable rights we are endowed with by our Creator.
Taking
control of the most powerful aspect of our lives, our health, and
rationing healthcare, something common to the British healthcare
system, appears to be the extent of “tough choices” our
Progressive Majority, operating as though this is the British
Democracy, is willing to take. This “answer” to government’s idea
of providing healthcare to everyone for free, the government deciding
who is, and is not, to receive treatment based on the cost to
government, is a grand power over the people, in excess of any power
granted in the Constitution, and a power that is bestowed on
bureaucrats who hide behind “sovereign immunity,” as officers of
government, at every turn if ever challenged.
Obviously the
best interest of the ultimate minority, the individual, and their
liberties, is of no consequence in Britain, where people are
subjects of a direct democracy, the House of Commons–an omnipotent
centralized government action as a group of tyrants–the replacement of
Britain’s original feudal centralized government tyranny rule who has
shown no responsibility to the Will of The British People, and only
arrogance. Americans and their government recognize the Will of every
person based on every one of us being endowed with unalienable rights,
and America had fought 2 World Wars to make this point, without
taking any land, and being the nation to facilitate the rebuilding of
those we defeated.
Please understand that Our Founders had no
trouble with votes in the House and Senate being based on majorities,
however they fought for the absolute necessity of, and persistent
desire to, assure the minority, the individual liberty of 1,
would never be oppressed again. Thus why our government is founded
upon the Constitution as a directive instrument of Our Will in a limited
and revocable grant of powers, defined in “type” of government as
a republic.
Democracy, whether direct (as in Britain),
or indirect, run on the idea that the majority is omnipotent, is
all-powerful and can do no wrong. Sounds like what we’ve been
watching for the last 18 months, passage of bank bailout,
stimulus, healthcare, and the new push to nationalize healthcare,
along with the majority pursuit of cap & trade, etc., all
outcomes result in greater unemployment and greater costs of American
government, and thereby, greater dependence on the National
Government–Independence requires each of us to be secure in our
unalienable rights, Life is what is being controlled by government
with healthcare, and thereby, is no longer secure to us, as it is
subjected to government’s will, and thus is rendered a privilege pursuant to government’s whim.
May
Divine Providence deliver us from the tyranny manifesting over us
before it solidifies into the only meaning of freedom, “privilege
granted by government as an the elite class,” for future generations
of mankind throughout the World.

Obama cult of personality: Congress of Children

Obama and the Democrats are still running the country, but they’re
swiftly passing the point of no return with the public. They still wield
power, but without public support, their power comes without any
legitimacy attached. The media has been ignoring that sticking point for
a while, but no matter what the Jornolist folks though, the media
doesn’t actually control elections.
The
perfect storm of media bias in 2008 helped rig the election, but that
only worked when the public was unhappy and didn’t strongly favor either
side. Rigging the election now and in 2012 will be a lot harder, no
matter how much bias flows through the sewage pipes of the handful of
struggling media conglomerates still left standing. And the media knows
it too. They know which bandwagons to jump on, and which bandwagons to
jump off. And the Obama bandwagon is headed into a deserted station.
The outrage over the 9/11 health care workers bill,
in which Dems tried to ram through more hidden measures under the guise
of paying for health care for Ground Zero workers, is the latest
flashpoint in a conflict over an administration and a congress unwilling
to work together with the opposition, and determined to get its way by
hook or by crook.
The reports of Obama plotting to bypass congress
for a limited amnesty, are on par with how ObamaCare was shoved under
the door. And the public has gotten tired of these games. Scott Brown’s
victory was a warning from voters in one of America’s more liberal
states, that they were fed up with the one-note power crazed politics of
the Democratic party. But the Democrats didn’t listen, which means
they’ll be forced to listen. Because America is still a democracy. And
that means accountability comes sooner or later, when the people get
around to voting.
The Obama Administration and congressional Democrats thought that the
Obama cult of personality they were building would make them
bulletproof. They were deeply wrong. The cult collapsed with a roar of
laughter around the time Prince Barry got his Nobel Peace Prize for
absolutely nothing. Now it’s just touring the world, and playing golf,
while everything goes to hell.
The 9/11 Ground Zero bill was an obscenely cynical charade, that
removes any right whatsoever for the Democrats to criticize the Patriot
Act, rolling in their own legislation, depriving the opposition of any
ability to modify the bill, and pushing it out there, assuming that the
Republicans wouldn’t have the guts to vote it down, no matter what is
actually in the bill. Weiner’s temper tantrum is embarrassing.It gives
the Netroots exactly what they want. Angry hysterical Democrats acting
like children, because they can’t get their way.
Of course Weiner wasn’t screaming at Obama, when Prince Barry’s
administration tried to cut off 9/11 funding for New York, because the
city’s politicians stood up to him on holding the trials for Al Queda in
Lower Manhattan. But this isn’t about 9/11. It’s about politics.
Cynical politics by spoiled brats in dark suits.
What began with MoveOn.org, ends with immaturity and juvenile
tantrums from overgrown infants who feel they never got their way. Right
up to the Infant in Chief himself. And as it began, so it begins to
end. Shamefully and pathetically.
The Democrats are raising their spending limits to try and hold on… even as they keep spending the country’s money even faster.
And their ad buy focuses on a 10 point list which warns potential
voters that Republican victories would lead to a repeal of ObamaCare,
DoddFinance and create tax breaks. The rest of it tries to convince
voters that Republics will abolish the EPA, the Department of Education
and the 17th amendment. Somehow the DCCC will not be claiming that the
Republican party will be bringing back slavery—but only just by a
little.
The obvious problem is that the public supports a repeal of ObamaCare
and hates Congress. So the Democrats are left with a strategy that
warns people that Republicans will destroy all their “good work”, which
the public opposes anyway, or trafficking in alarmist conspiracy
theories. And somehow they decided to do both.
The DCCC asks people to sign on to help fight the “Tea Party, which
is probably the worst campaign slogan in some time, because it frames a
showdown between populism and the establishment, which all the attempts
to tie together Republicans and the Tea Party won’t upset.
And the news gets even worse for them.
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s
multi-million dollar ad buy across 60 congressional districts makes a
statement that the party will come to the front lines to hold the House
of Representatives. But what are they fighting against?A look at results from the latest Washington Post-ABC News poll among
those who live in the targeted congressional districts suggests the
Democratic party may be fighting its own leader.Views of President Obama were broadly negative among those in the
targeted districts. A majority (54 percent) said they disapprove of the
way Obama is handling his job in the July poll, including 41 percent who
“strongly” disapprove.And confidence in the president to make the right decisions for the nation’s future stood at an abysmal 36 percent.
But that’s not the worst part…
A generic congressional ballot was about evenly split
among registered voters in these districts (45 percent said they’d vote
for the Democrat in their district, 48 percent the Republican), however,
nearly six in 10 (57 percent) said that regardless of their own vote,
they would prefer to have “the Republicans in charge of Congress to act
as a check on Obama’s policies.”
What that means is the Democrats cannot win as a party, only as
individual Democrats who disassociate themselves from Obama and the rest
of the party. Because a lot of voters are somewhat okay with their own
congressmen, but distrust Obama and hate the Democratic congress as a
whole.
The DCCC should be doing damage control, instead of launching more
attacks on the Tea Party, but it’s pretty hard to do damage control,
when you don’t acknowledge that you did anything wrong.
A few halting attempts are being made to maybe, possibly repeal some of the worst sections of ObamaCare, but it’s too little and too late
For the first time, House Democrats are proposing
repealing a piece of the health care overhaul, one that small businesses
have been warning is going to be overly burdensome.The move comes just four months after the Democrats’ health plan
passed in March. The provision would have required businesses to file
1099 tax forms for all transactions with vendors that total over $600.Due for implementation in 2012, it would have raised $19 billion over 10 years to pay for the health care overhaul.
Rep. Scott Murphy (D-NY) offered the bill on Friday morning. Ways and
Means Chairman Sander Levin (D-Mich.), spoke in favor of the bill on
the House floor Friday.
Honesty alone should compel them to repeal the whole mess and start
over with something workable, where everyone knows what they are voting
for. Which is exactly what Brown proposed.
Meanwhile Prince Barry trotted off to Detroit to show off GM’s new magic wondercar (TM)
And he made sure to send a shout out to Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick.

Who’s that wonderful woman? The mother of convicted Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. Which is handy because Carolyn herself was subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury in March. And despite trailing in the election, and low on funds, and Obama is there to help.
And, Hoekstra says despite the efforts by the White House
to proclaim Obama’s visit a trip about autos, there’s definitely a
political tinge.“The president is touting jobs the government created because Carolyn
Cheeks-Kilpatrick is on the appropriations committee. Why else would he
come to the same state in two weeks?” Obama was in Holland, Michigan
July 15 making remarks at Compact Power, a battery plant.Kilpatrick is running for re-election to the House seat in Michigan’s
13th district, in what Hoekstra describes as a tough fight and Hoekstra
calls the Obama visit to Detroit “pure politics, plain and simple”.
And that’s how it goes.
But the good news is that Nancy Pelosi finally has her own handbag. She can use it to pack and get out of here.

learning that 12 twelve million illegal aliens have invaded our nation
and are still occuping American soil, most Americans become alarmed and
angry. What will the People think and do when they learn that the
problem may actually be more than three times greater than the
government admits?
A group called Californians for Population Stabilization has issued a report, which concludes that as many as 38 million illegal aliens are occupying America.

whom must be regarded as a potential terrorist since we know nothing
about any of them?
All of this when our commander-in-chief insists that the nation is at war?
And
our government refuses to enforce existing laws by deporting illegal
aliens, and in fact, would like to grant each and every one amnesty!
Clearly,
governance of America has fallen into the hands of brain dead elitists
who do not give a damn about U.S. sovereignty, the rule of law, our Constitution, or preservation of American language and culture.
Those
are the same political nit wits anxious to pass an amnesty plan that
would reward 38 million criminals with the most prized possession on the
planet: U.S. Citizenship.
Fact: If illegal aliens were a separate state, it would be the most populous state in the union!
Does it make any sense for America to sponsor a subculture
comprised of 38 million third-world peasants, most of whom are uneducated, unskilled and non-English speaking?
A subculture that costs taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars each year for public services?
A subculture where many actually believe that Mexico still holds claim to the southwest United States, and that “gringos” should be forced out?
A subculture where the Mexican flag is more esteemed that Old Glory?
Consider how our illegal alien population compares with the population of some foreign nations*:

Australia:
20 million
North Korea:
23 million
Israel:
6.5 million
Ireland:
4 million
Can America afford to take in human poverty nearly twice the population of Australia? Or nine times the population of Ireland?
More than the entire population of Canada?
And if we did something so foolish,
how long before another 40 million illegal aliens would invade?
We the People must demand that our elected officials secure the borders immediately, with armed force if need be, and deport every last illegal alien as soon as possible.
If We the People fail to stop Barack Obama and his co-conspirators in the U.S. Congress, there will be no America to pass on to future generations.

According to an internal U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services memo going the rounds of Capitol Hill and obtained by National Review, the agency is considering ways in which it could enact “meaningful
immigration reform absent legislative action” — that is, without the
consent of the American people through a vote in Congress.
“This memorandum offers administrative relief options to . . . reduce the threat of removal for certain individuals present in the United States without authorization,” it reads.
Also: “In the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform, USCIS can
extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals and groups by
issuing new guidance and regulations, exercising
discretion with regard to parole-in-place, deferred action and the
issuance of Notices to Appear (NTA), and adopting significant process improvements.”
In recent weeks, Sen. Chuck Grassley and others in Congress have been
pressing the administration to disavow rumors that a de facto amnesty
is in the works, including in a letter to Department of Homeland Security
head Janet Napolitano. “Since the senators first wrote to the president
more than a month ago, we have not been reassured that the plans are
just rumors, and we have every reason to believe that the memo is
legitimate,” a Grassley spokesman tells NR. (NR contacted DHS, but a spokesman did not have a comment on the record.)
Many of the memo’s proposals are technical and fine-grained; for
example, it suggests clarifying the immigration laws for “unaccompanied
minors, and for victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and
other criminal activities.” It also proposes extending the “grace
period” H-1B visa holders have between the expiration of their visa and
the date they’re expected to leave the country.
With other ideas, however, USCIS is aiming big. Perhaps the most
egregious suggestion is to “Increase the Use of Deferred Action.”
“Deferred action,” as the memo defines it, “is an exercise of
prosecutorial discretion not to pursue removal from the U.S. of a
particular individual for a specific period of time.” For example, after
Hurricane Katrina, the government decided not to remove illegal
immigrants who’d been affected by the disaster.
The memo claims that there are no limits to USCIS’s ability to use
deferred action, but warns that using this power indiscriminately would
be “controversial, not to mention expensive.” The memo suggests using
deferred action to exempt “particular groups” from removal — such as the
illegal-immigrant high-school graduates who would fall under the DREAM
Act (a measure that has been shot down repeatedly in Congress). The memo
claims that the DREAM Act would cover “an estimated 50,000” individuals, though as many as 65,000 illegal immigrants graduate high school every year in the U.S.
In the immediate wake of the court decision blocking the Arizona
immigration law yesterday, the memo is sure to create controversy — and
the sense that the administration is bent on preserving and extending
the nation’s de facto amnesty.
UPDATE: USCIS has released a statement on the memo:
Internal draft memos do not and should not be equated with official action or
policy of the Department. We will not comment on notional,
pre-decisional memos. As a matter of good government, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS) will discuss just about every issue that comes within the
purview of the immigration system. We continue to maintain that
comprehensive bipartisan legislation, coupled with smart, effective
enforcement, is the only solution to our nation’s immigration
challenges.
Internal memoranda help us do the thinking that leads to important
changes; some of them are adopted and others are rejected. Our goal is
to implement policies wisely and well to strengthen all aspects of our
mission. The choices we have made so far have strengthened both the
enforcement and services sides of USCIS — nobody should mistake
deliberation and exchange of ideas for final decisions. To be clear,
DHS will not grant deferred action or humanitarian parole to the
nation’s entire illegal immigrant population.

Arizonans will be grateful for some extra help from the National
Guard, starting Sunday, in protecting the border and fighting drug
violence — especially now that a federal judge has blocked key parts of
their recent illegal-immigration law. But there’s a more pressing
border issue that goes beyond Arizona: the alliance between drug cartels
and groups that aim to smuggle terrorists into our country through the
Mexican border.
Last week’s detonation along the Texas-Mexico border of an
Improvised Explosive Device similar to those used in Iraq and
Afghanistan strongly suggests that Hezbollah is working with the drug
cartels — and that America is unsafe. Law-enforcement officials and
intelligence analysts believe that terrorist groups like al Qaeda have
been working with such gangs as the ruthless MS-13 to smuggle terrorists
into America.
Intel briefings and other sources suggest that al Qaeda spends
as much as $50,000 to smuggle in a single terrorist, while Hezbollah,
funded by Iran, pays as much as $10,000.
Indeed, some analysts estimate that thousands of terrorists have
already been smuggled into the United States through the Mexican border
since 9/11. Last year, a worker at the Mexican embassy in Beirut was
caught selling visas to enter Mexico for $3,000 apiece. Hezbollah
terrorists know that once they get to Mexico they can make their way
here through our southern border.
A congressional report on homeland security acknowledges this
threat. The report, "A Line in the Sand: Confronting the Threat at the
Southwest Border," addresses the alarming rate at which the number of
aliens referred to as "other than Mexican," or OTMs, are crossing the
border. Many OTMs are nationals and terrorists from countries such as
Iran, Syria, Pakistan, Chechnya, Afghanistan and Iraq.
Our biggest threat is that a nuclear, dirty or biological bomb could be smuggled by OTMs into America soon.
Hezbollah, the most sophisticated terrorist organization today,
trains al Qaeda members in centers in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley before they
leave for terror destinations via Syria, my sources there report. The
organization manufactures IEDs in Lebanon and has perfected their use
since the 1980s.
An alliance between the drug cartels and Hezbollah is a
symbiotic, win-win situation for both parties. Hezbollah can share its
expertise in tunnel-engineering and bomb-making with the drug cartels.
The cartels can then smuggle dealers and drugs through these tunnels,
several of which have been discovered in recent years, while Hezbollah
smuggles terrorists and munitions to be used in terror missions in
America.
Hezbollah is Iran’s proxy army and is trained by the Iranian
Revolutionary Guards. As Iran and America head into a confrontation over
Iran’s nuclear program, Iran must ensure it has sufficient operatives
in America to retaliate when the time comes, and this alliance provides
the means to get them here. That time is coming faster than we think.
Intelligence analysts think Hezbollah has at least 11 cells in
America, including one in New York City. If provoked, perhaps via an
Israeli strike, it is likely Iran will retaliate not only against Israel
but against its strongest ally.
Our border-security crisis extends beyond illegal workers and
employers looking for cheap labor. A suitcase bomb or biological bomb
detonated in any major city in America would kill untold numbers of
civilians and wreak havoc on our economy. Health care, prison housing
and other costs for illegal immigrants would ultimately pale in
comparison to such devastation.
Terrorists now have operational centers all over South America.
They’re learning Spanish and obtaining fake Spanish papers in case
they’re caught crossing over the Mexican border. The Tri-Border region
of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay in South America has become a haven
for international Islamic extremists. A State Department report notes
that Hezbollah and other terrorist groups were using bases in Latin
America to "raise millions of dollars annually via criminal
enterprises."
Americans must put politics aside and act now to secure the
Mexican border. Arizona families are in need of protection from the drug
violence, but we must protect the millions of Americans living in major
cities who are threatened by a suitcase bomb or the like smuggled
through the Mexican border.
The time for bickering is over.
