America, No Longer a Sovereign Nation Subject to Constitutional Law.

Obama, was selected, tutored, groomed, and scripted and given enough money to
buy the office of President by his puppet masters, George Soros, and the 100+
members of the Democracy Alliance, the Bilderberg Group, and other uber wealthy
individuals and groups.
They have one goal in mind. Global Socialist Governance with THEM in control
of all wealth, human and natural resources.
The eight year propaganda campaign to promote hatred for G.W. Bush, Republicans
and Conservatives enabled far leftists to take control of both houses in January 2007
All attempts in previous years by Republicans to reform Fannie/ Freddie were
blocked by Franks, Dodd, Schumer and others in both Houses, and Republicans
did not have the courage to stand up to them.
From 2007 till the election in 2008 the leftists laid the groundwork for the
"assured" election of Obama. Again, a plan B was in the wings, and was put
into effect in Oct. 2008, just a few days after McCain/Palin took the lead in
National Polls. A 550 billion electronic run on the banks, and caused a
world wide financial panic, which we all know the results of, bailouts, stimulus,
out of control spending and unsustainable debt. But the panic did ensure
Obama’s election, as planned.
Now ask yourself, who but those groups and individuals mentioned above
has the funds to execute a 550 billion electronic run on the bamks is less than 2 hour?.
And who but they have the means to manipulate Global financial markets?
Public records and public remarks show that everything Obama and this
Congress has done is to destroy America’s financial system, and Free
Market Capitalism.
Plan A for the Democrat/Marxist Socialist to stay in power is through
voter intimidation, fraud, and a backdoor amnesty plan which would
allow millions of illegals to vote. The American people are aware of this
and are on guard, and if they stay energized, are motivated to vote and
be extremely alert and watch the polling stations, this plan may fail.
Plan B…Already the EU is on verge of financial collapse. The groups
mentioned above have the money and the power to manipulate the
Global Markets to "create" a Global Financial Collapse. This
"created crisis" would be used to usher in Global Socialist Governance.
And of course when this happens, China will be the top turd on the
dung heap, and International Law will be the supreme law.
America will no longer be a Free Sovereign Nation Ruled by
Constitutional Law.

GOP Senators Block New Spending Package

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has said that
he will pull a Democratic-backed economic relief bill from the floor
after it was defeated for the third time last week.
The proposed spending bill would have provided $16 billion in aid to
debt-ridden states, allowing them to avoid laying off thousands of
government workers. If passed the measure would have also extended
emergency unemployment benefits to more than 1 million individuals who
have been out of work for at least six months.
In order to offset the cost of the bill, Democrats planned to
increase taxes on investment fund managers and domestically produced
oil, according to the Associated Press (AP). The unemployment insurance
extension program, however, would have contributed to the already
ballooning federal deficit.
Senator Ben Nelson (D-Neb.) joined every Republican in defeating the
measure, which fell three votes shy of the 60 needed to overcome a GOP
filibuster.
"It adds new taxes and over $30 billion to an already staggering $13
trillion dollar national debt," said Senate Minority Leader Mitch
McConnell (R-Ky.)
White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs has said that President
Obama will continue to push the Senate to pass the bill in hopes of
avoiding a "double-dip" recession.
Meanwhile, the House passed a $6.4 billion piece of legislation last
week that will delay for six months a 21 percent pay cut for physicians
who treat Medicare patients. The bill, which was passed in the Senate
last week, will now head to the president’s desk for his signature.

health, and
almost every other aspect of your daily life. Also
consider the areas in America on Government controlled land where there
are
signs posted warning Americans not to enter because of the smuggling
activities of ILLEGAL aliens.
Now consider the over 13 million acre
land grab by this administration.
This old intel guy connects the
dots as follows.
This administration wants total executive power,
and for a time until Obama can declare himself "Dictator" a compliant
Congress
which will support this agenda.
The majority of the American People
are against this, so millions of illegals in this country now and are
being ALLOWED
to come in every day, must have a safe haven where they
can go but American’s can’t, namely Government controlled
land. You
can bet your assets they will be housed, fed, provided health care at
taxpayers expense, and they will be registered
by their friendly
community organizer and allowed to vote as long as they vote for a
Democrat.
I was right when I wrote almost 2 years ago that Obama
was a Socialist and wanted to transform America into
a Socialist
Nation, and Ultimately just another Nation State in the Global Union Of
Socialist Nation States. I will bet
my assets that I am right now.
I
say the news reports today of Joe Biden starting his tour to push
"shovel ready" projects all across the country, and
a switch was
thrown inside my head.
What better way to get the additional
voters to areas where the Democrats are in trouble, than to bus them in
from their staging area
on Government land in time to establish
resident requirements to vote. Acorn is very good at scheming to have
people vote twice, so what is
the chance that the same people who are
bussed in for construction programs vote by absentee ballot in other
districts?
I hope that the word will get out to all Precincts to
watch for this type of activity especially where new construction
projects have just been started.

Republicans:
Rolling Over And Playing Dead Is Not Permitted.
Will
Senate Republicans roll over and
play dead like obsequious dogs… or will they grow spines and mount a
FILIBUSTER?
Yes, we know
that sounds rough, but now is not the time to mince words. The stakes
are simply
too high and the damage that could be caused, for years to come, should
this
radical nominee be confirmed, is simply too great.
And yes, Elena Kagan is a radical leftist. Barack Hussein Obama and his
allies in the left-wing media have made every attempt to paint Kagan
as a "moderate," but the truth of
the matter is that
Barack Obama nominated
Kagan precisely
because she has a life-long history of extreme
and radical left-wing
political activism and her personal history clearly indicates that she
WILL legislate
Obama’s far-left wing agenda from the
bench.
The Washington Times perhaps stated it best. In an editorial,
The Times writes that Kagan "is too
political, too
leftist, too inexperienced and too disrespectful towards existing law to
be
confirmed for the U.S. Supreme Court."
Admittedly, we don’t know much about Barack Obama’s stealth nominee
to the Supreme
Court. She has little courtroom experience and almost no paper trail,
but, as The Times put it, what we now
know about her should disturb fair-minded Americans…."
It is already all too apparent to patriotic Americans that Barack Obama’s nomination of
Elena Kagan
to the High Court is nothing more than a clumsy attempt to radically
alter the Supreme Court and transform it into a rubber stamp for Obama’s
frightening extreme left-wing agenda for
generations to come.
That makes Kagan a very
dangerous person… and, for that reason alone,
her confirmation must be stopped.
Why Obamanomics Has Failed

The administration’s stimulus
program has failed. Growth is slow and unemployment remains high. The
president, his friends and advisers talk endlessly about the
circumstances they inherited as a way of avoiding responsibility for the
18 months for which they are responsible.
But they want new
stimulus measures—which is convincing evidence that they too recognize
that the earlier measures failed. And so the U.S. was odd-man out at the
G-20 meeting over the weekend, continuing to call for more government
spending in the face of European resistance.
The contrast with
President Reagan’s antirecession and pro-growth measures in 1981 is
striking. Reagan reduced marginal and corporate tax rates and slowed the
growth of nondefense spending. Recovery began about a year later. After
18 months, the economy grew more than 9% and it continued to expand
above trend rates.
Two overarching reasons explain the failure of
Obamanomics. First, administration economists and their outside
supporters neglected the longer-term costs and consequences of their
actions. Second, the administration and Congress have through their
deeds and words heightened uncertainty about the economic future. High
uncertainty is the enemy of investment and growth.

Most
of the earlier spending was a very short-term response to long-term
problems. One piece financed temporary tax cuts. This was a mistake, and
ignores the role of expectations in the economy. Economic theory
predicts that temporary tax cuts have little effect on spending. Unless
tax cuts are expected to last, consumers save the proceeds and pay down
debt. Experience with past temporary tax reductions, as in the Carter
and first Bush presidencies, confirms this outcome.
Another large part of the stimulus went to
relieve state and local governments of their budget deficits.
Transferring a deficit from the state to the federal government changes
very little. Some teachers and police got an additional year of
employment, but their gain is temporary. Any benefits to them must be
balanced against the negative effect of the increased public debt and
the temporary nature of the transfer.
The Obama economic team
ignored past history. The two most successful fiscal stimulus programs
since World War II—under Kennedy-Johnson and Reagan—took the form of
permanent reductions in corporate and marginal tax rates. Economist
Arthur Okun, who had a major role in developing the Kennedy-Johnson
program, later analyzed the effect of individual items. He concluded
that corporate tax reduction was most effective.
Another defect of
Obamanomics was that part of the increased spending authorized by the
2009 stimulus bill was held back. Remember the oft-repeated claim that
the spending would go for "shovel ready" projects? That didn’t happen,
though spending will flow more rapidly now in an effort to lower
unemployment and claim economic success during the fall election
campaign.
In his January 2010 State of the Union address,
President Obama recognized that the United States must increase exports.
He was right, but he has done little to help, either by encouraging
investment to increase productivity, or by supporting trade agreements,
despite his promise to the Koreans that he repeated in Toronto. Export
earnings are the only way to service our massive foreign borrowing. This
should be a high priority. Isn’t anyone in the government thinking
about the future?
Mr. Obama has denied the cost burden on
business from his health-care program, but business is aware that it is
likely to be large. How large? That’s part of the uncertainty that
employers face if they hire additional labor.
The president asks
for cap and trade. That’s more cost and more uncertainty. Who will be
forced to pay? What will it do to costs here compared to foreign
producers? We should not expect businesses to invest in new, export-led
growth when uncertainty about future costs is so large.
Then there is
Medicaid, the medical program for those with lower incomes. In the past,
states paid about half of the cost, and they are responsible for 20% of
the additional cost imposed by the program’s expansion. But almost all
the states must balance their budgets, and the new Medicaid spending
mandated by ObamaCare comes at a time when states face large deficits
and even larger unfunded liabilities for pensions. All this only adds to
uncertainty about taxes and spending.
Other
aspects of the Obama economic program are equally problematic. The auto
bailouts ran roughshod over the rule of law. Chrysler bondholders were
given short shrift in order to benefit the auto workers union. By
weakening the rule of law, the president opened the way to great
mischief and increased investors’ and producers’ uncertainty. That’s not
the way to get more investment and employment.
Almost daily, Mr.
Obama uses his rhetorical skill to castigate businessmen who have the
audacity to hope for profitable opportunities. No president since
Franklin Roosevelt has taken that route. President Roosevelt slowed
recovery in 1938-40 until the war by creating uncertainty about his
objectives. It was harmful then, and it’s harmful now.
In 1980, I had the privilege of advising
Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher to ignore the demands of 360 British
economists who made the outrageous claim that Britain would never (yes,
never) recover from her decision to reduce government spending during a
severe recession. They wanted more spending. She responded with a speech
promising to stay with her tight budget. She kept a sustained focus on
long-term problems. Expectations about the economy’s future improved,
and the recovery soon began.
That’s what the U.S. needs now. Not
major cuts in current spending, but a credible plan showing that
authorities will not wait for a fiscal crisis but begin to act prudently
and continue until deficits disappear, and the debt is below 60% of
GDP. Rep. Paul Ryan (R., Wisc.) offered a plan, but the administration
and Congress ignored it.
The country does not need more of the
same. Successful leaders give the public reason to believe that they
have a long-term program to bring a better tomorrow. Let’s plan our way
out of our explosive deficits and our hesitant and jobless recovery by
reducing uncertainty and encouraging growth.
Once Again, 3rd- World Mexico Fails the Democracy Test

Mexican President Felipe
Calderon needs to get his priorities straight, and in a hurry.
This
is so because while the muddled Mexican was lecturing the American
Congress about democracy and the rule of law in Arizona, his beloved Mexico continued to fall
further into the grips of drug
cartels, corruption, and violence.
An inconvenient truth looms
for the addled Calderon: Mexico has lost the war to drug
cartels, corruption, and violence, and, as a result, this pathetic
nation is
incapable of functioning as Democracy.
Get it, Felipe? The game is over.
Mexico is on a par with Pakistan,
or Afghanistan.
Another
failed state, but this one right next door to the most sophisticated
and successful democratic nation in history. (At least it was until
November, 2008, that is.)
The bitter truth is that Democracy is
no longer possible in Mexico. That fact was demonstrated in spades with
the announcement that a leading gubernatorial candidate was assassinated
in cold blood just days before an important election.
As
reported at reference 1, in part:
“Last Friday, June 25,
gubernatorial candidate Rodolfo Torre raised both his arms to the sky in
front of 15,000 cheering white-shirted supporters in a baseball stadium
minutes from the Rio Grande. After he promised security in his
violence-ridden border state of Tamaulipas, the crowd erupted to his
campaign anthem, sung to the catchy tune of the
smash hit "I Gotta Feeling" by U.S. pop band Black Eyed Peas.
They
had reason for celebration. Opinion polls all concurred that the
mustachioed physician would win the July 4 election by a landslide of
more than 30 points. But on Monday, as Torre left the state capital to
conclude his campaign, assailants showered his convoy with gunfire from
automatic rifles and heavy-caliber weapons, killing him instantly. Army
commanders said the attack bore all the signs of the Zetas, a
paramilitary drug gang that was born in the state.
Mexico’s
highest-profile political assassination since the 1994 murder of presidential candidate Luis Donaldo Colosio
was a blow not only to Torre’s supporters but to the nation’s entire
ailing democracy.
On July 4, voters will choose governors in 12
of 31 states in a "Super Sunday" of local elections. The ballots come almost
exactly a decade after the nation voted to end 71 years of one-party
rule. But rather
than showcasing the success of multiparty democracy, the campaigns have
highlighted its hazards. Races have been dampened by arrests of
candidates on racketeering charges, leaked tapes of organized vote
buying and a succession of violent attacks.
After the Torre
killing, some politicians asked for half of the races to be suspended.
"This is extremely worrying," says political scientist Maria Eugenia
Valdes. "If there is fear and violence, there is no freedom. And if
there is no freedom, we cannot have fair elections.”
In
light of the truth about Mexico, the burning question of the day is: Why
are President Obama
and the Democrats wasting time and energy in an effort to legalize
12-38 million invading criminals from Mexico, rather than working to
secure our borders and protect American citizens from the violence and
mayhem that runs rampant in that failed state?
Why has
President Obama not sent tens of thousands of
troops to the border to keep the decay that is destroying Mexico from
spreading north?

Why is there any
surprise in America that the Cold War never really ended?
When the Soviet Union collapsed on its own misery, Communism struck
out for greener pastures in the West. And you can’t get anymore “West”
than America.
A place in the sun was being prepared in America for Mikhail
Gorbachev, even before he abandoned ship.
This is what Gorbachev told the Politburo in 1989: “Gentlemen,
comrades, do not be concerned about all you hear about glasnost and
perestroika and democracy in the coming years. These are primarily for
outward consumption. There will be no significant change in the Soviet
Union, other than for cosmetic purposes. Our aim is to disarm the
Americans and let them fall asleep.” (Italics CFP’s).
And
disarming America is precisely what Gorbachev went on to successfully
do.
It’s not as if if Gorbachev faded into the woodwork after his well
celebrated arrival in America. To this day, he’s an active member of
the Maurice Strong, George Soros triumvirate pulling the puppet strings
of President Barack Obama.
No one eased the path for Gorbachev’s agenda to close federal
military bases around the U.S. more than Nancy Pelosi
.
“Pelosi’s involvement in the disposal of federal military surplus
land is matched only by Gorbachev, who as founder of Green Cross
International (GCI) devised a mechanism for converting American military
bases to civilian uses converting the bases over to “global centers for
sustainability.” (Canada Free Press, Nov. 15, 2006).
During her Presidio stint, it is alleged that she was an investor in a
real estate investment called Presidio Partners.
Gorby hit the ground running upon his arrival in America. His
mission of converting American military bases to global centers for
sustainability came just two years after he resigned as president of the
Soviet Union on Dec. 25, 1991.
CGI built on the 1992 Earth Summit in rio de Janeiro and supported
the implementation of the Summit’s Agenda 21.
It was Nancy Pelosi who patiently shepherded Agenda 21 through
Congress. On March 29, 1993 she introduced a joint resolution (H.J.
RES166) to renew the call for the United
States to “assume a strong leadership role in implementing Agenda 21and
other Summit agreements”, eventually gathering 67 co-sponsors for her
bill, roughly 30 of whom are still in Congress to the present day.
In a speech entitled “From Swords to Plowshares”, delivered in the
House of Representatives on June 4, 1992, Pelosi cheered the arrival of
Gorbachev to San Francisco’s Presidio as a tenant.
“The National Park Service is actively seeking ideas for programs and
tenants at this spectacular site. Last month, former Soviet President
Mikhail Gorbachev visited the Presidio to propose that the Gorbachev
Foundation/use be located at the Presidio when the army leaves. In his
words, `it is wonderful and symbolic that a military base is being
converted for use by the people’.”
“As the cold war ends,” Pelosi continued, “it is, indeed, fitting
that this army garrison—one of the oldest in the United States—will be
transformed to a monument of peace, environmental
preservation and recreation as a global park.”
Less than a year after Pelosi’s fawning words, Gorbachev and his 100%
American, pre-funded $3.5 million Gorbachev Foundation moved into a
white, shingled bayfront house at the historical Presidio overlooking
the Golden Bridge.
This anti-American activist in office was one of Gorbachev’s most
useful idiots as far back as 1992.
Now we find that the S.V.R., the successor to the Soviet K.G.B.
planted Russian spies in the United States to gather information and
recruit more agents.
“On Monday, federal prosecutors accused 11people of being part of a
Russian espionage ring, living under false names and deep cover in a
patient scheme to penetrate what one coded message called American
“policy making circles”. (The New York Times, June
28, 2010).
Al Qaeda-like, the Russian spies had lived for more than a decade in
American cities and suburbs from Seattle to New York, “where they
seemed to be ordinary couples working ordinary jobs, chatting to the
neighbors about schools and apologizing for noisy teenagers”.
The enemy among us, it seems, just came crashing through all
conspiracy theories.
The easy road to America for the Russian spy ring busted by the FBI
